Job Summary

Leading the creative vision for a major account, the full-time remote Creative Director, Concept will develop culturally relevant experiential concepts and narratives while collaborating with a partner Creative Director to ensure strategic alignment and exceptional execution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with a Creative Director counterpart to lead a shared team across multiple programs, ensuring creative continuity and strategic alignment
  • Develop experiential concepts and strategic narratives that connect brand objectives with audience insights and cultural trends
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops, translating insights into actionable concepts and compelling presentations
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, creative strategy, or related fields
  • 3+ years in a Creative Director or equivalent leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing experiential concepts and brand narratives for major consumer brands
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing creative discussions and presentations
  • Strong understanding of spatial storytelling and experiential production
