Job Summary

Leading a brand refresh, the full-time remote Creative Director will own brand guidelines and ensure a cohesive identity across Shopify, Amazon, and other channels while directing the in-house creative team and managing visual experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the brand refresh and establish guidelines for consistent identity across all platforms
  • Direct the in-house creative team, overseeing photography, graphic design, and content creation
  • Manage the visual experience of the Shopify site and Amazon storefront, collaborating on conversion strategies
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level capacity
  • Experience with DTC e-commerce, including Shopify and Amazon brand creative
  • Strong design foundation with a portfolio demonstrating brand consistency
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • A genuine understanding of American food culture and seasonality
