Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary creative team, the full-time VP - Global Creative will develop and execute the brand's creative vision across all consumer and professional touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering collaboration with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the overarching creative vision and brand aesthetic for integrated marketing campaigns
- Guide creative strategy for product launches, brand campaigns, and professional skincare education while overseeing creative across packaging design
- Lead the development of social-first content strategies and ensure high-quality digital experiences across all platforms
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with a focus on product-driven creative
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
- Proven portfolio demonstrating premium skincare packaging design and clinical storytelling
- Strong understanding of medical/pharma creative regulations and claims requirements
- Experience in video production and social content creation
