Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Creative Director will manage the in-house creative function, setting high standards for brand, campaign, product, and web work while building AI-native workflows and overseeing a flexible team of designers.
Key responsibilities
- Set the creative bar and personally design high-priority brand, campaign, and web materials
- Partner with marketing teams to create scalable campaign systems and sales collateral
- Develop machine-readable brand infrastructure and oversee creative operations, including managing a freelance design bench
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in creative, brand design, or art direction in technology or complex markets
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand, campaign, web, social, and product storytelling
- Advanced daily use of AI tools in the creative process, including design and video applications
- Experience in creative coding and prototyping using design-to-code tools
- Proven ability to build and manage a freelance or contractor creative team
