Job Summary

Leading creative initiatives in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Creative Director will elevate the brand, mentor the creative team, and drive high-performing marketing campaigns while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities
  • Set and evolve the creative direction to maintain a trusted brand experience
  • Mentor and develop designers and agency partners while actively participating in key creative projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies into major initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in leading brand, marketing, or creative organizations, with at least 3 years managing creative teams
  • Proven ability to balance leadership with hands-on contributions to creative strategy and execution
  • Experience in establishing scalable creative operations and workflows
  • Fluency in incorporating AI tools into creative processes for enhanced efficiency and quality
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to align creative decisions with business objectives and customer insights
