Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of impactful campaigns, the full-time Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic approaches for brand-building and demand-generating initiatives in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set the creative vision for campaigns based on brand vision, product truths, and customer insights
  • Act as a strategic creative partner, collaborating with stakeholders to develop global campaigns
  • Lead teams and agency partners to create integrated campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive demand
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years on integrated, digital-first campaigns
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to inspire creative teams and drive innovative ideas
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of selling creative concepts to senior executives
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for brand consistency across customer touchpoints
