Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of impactful brand-building campaigns, the full-time remote Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies across various digital channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Set the creative vision for integrated campaigns based on brand insights and customer journeys
  • Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and optimize campaigns for global markets
  • Mentor and manage junior creative team members, fostering an environment of creativity and risk-taking
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years in integrated, digital-first campaigns
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and inspire creative teams
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate creative ideas to senior executives
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for brand consistency across customer touchpoints
  • Experience in B2B environments is preferred but not required
