Job Summary
Leading the creative operations for Direct-to-Consumer marketing channels, the full-time remote Creative Director will manage both internal and external resources, ensuring high-quality visual communications and brand consistency while collaborating closely with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees the creative function for Direct-to-Consumer brands, balancing individual contributions with management of resources
- Ensures creative quality control and consistency across all projects, providing direction and feedback to team members
- Develops and evolves brand guidelines, identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting team skill development
Required qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital and e-commerce creative
- 8+ years of experience in graphic or interactive design, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce or performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience managing internal and external resources to meet quality and budget requirements
- Expertise in Adobe and Canva's creative tools, along with familiarity with AI creative tools
- Proven ability to align creative strategies with business goals and understand performance-focused digital marketing best practices
