Job Summary
Establishing the creative vision for client engagements, the full-time remote Creative Director will inspire and lead a team of writers, designers, and art directors while collaborating with various departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Establish the creative vision for branding and marketing campaigns, guiding teams from concept through final delivery
- Collaborate with Account and Strategy teams to create brand platforms and integrated marketing strategies
- Lead client meetings and presentations, serving as a responsive partner throughout the engagement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in leading creative work in advertising, design, or digital agencies, preferably with higher education clients
- Proven track record of managing creative teams and projects at scale
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
