Job Summary
Leading a multi-disciplinary creative team, the full-time salaried Creative Director will manage the overall global creative direction for Amazfit, driving innovative solutions and collaborating closely with marketing and production teams to support brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and oversee creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand marketing plans and consumer concepts
- Foster teamwork and develop individual team members through coaching and performance management
- Strategically plan and execute seasonal and long-term creative initiatives across various channels
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of global creative experience, preferably with a focus on consumer brands
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to empower and develop a diverse team
- Demonstrated strategic and innovative thinking in addressing marketing and creative challenges
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of digital brand practices
