Job Summary
Leading a comprehensive rebrand initiative, the full-time Creative Director will establish a scalable creative function, manage a distributed team, and partner with Marketing and Product leadership to enhance brand strategy, visual identity, and campaign creative in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete rebranding process, including visual identity, messaging, and design systems
- Build and lead an AI-forward creative team, integrating generative AI tools into workflows
- Create high-impact B2B campaign materials and sales assets to support complex buying journeys
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in brand design or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading a rebrand for a B2B technology or SaaS company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution across various creative formats
- Experience managing remote creative teams across multiple time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with hands-on experience using AI tools in creative processes
