Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of impactful brand-building campaigns, the full-time remote Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic approaches for integrated marketing initiatives across various digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Set the creative vision for campaigns based on brand vision, customer insights, and the customer journey
- Act as a strategic creative partner, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement global campaigns
- Mentor and manage junior creative team members, fostering an environment for creative risk-taking and innovation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years on integrated, digital-first campaigns
- Strong creative background with experience in copywriting and cross-media projects; IT experience is a plus
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of cross-functional collaboration
- A proven ability to inspire and motivate creative teams to develop pioneering ideas
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for brand consistency across customer touchpoints
