Creative Director

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time salaried Creative Director will set the creative vision for custom learning solutions, ensuring engaging and visually compelling experiences while collaborating closely with Instructional Designers and developers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the creative vision and design standards across various training formats
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate learning objectives into engaging visual concepts

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a creative leadership role
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and interactive media work
• Proven experience in creating engaging visual and interactive learning experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and UI/UX fundamentals
