Job Summary

To define and evolve the creative vision across a portfolio of brands, the full-time remote Creative Director will lead high-priority marketing campaigns, establish creative standards, and partner with executive leadership to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the creative vision and visual identity across the brand portfolio, ensuring a high-impact customer experience
  • Lead the creative execution for major marketing initiatives while establishing quality standards and guiding the creative team
  • Establish an operational model that enables scalable creative execution, optimizing workflows and resource planning
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of design experience in creative agency environments and in-house brand teams
  • Proven ability to present complex creative concepts to executive leadership
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams
  • Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in Canva
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent practical experience
