Job Summary

A company in the Creative Design industry is seeking a Creative Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of a range of content for the account such as trailers, social artwork and cinematics
• Manage the structure and strategy of the team to ensure everyone is working to their best and the standards are high
• Aim to make an easy job for the internal sales team by consistently impressing the games industry with the creativity in the projects you deliver

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing and creating in control of finance, planning and creative delivery
• Extensive experience with all stages of trailer and promo production including copywriting, editing and directing
• Portfolio of work showing accounts you've managed with large budgets (ideally 1m+) and the work you've personally contributed where applicable
• Previous success managing a team of creatives where your team members are supported, developed, and lead through personal example and feedback/training where needed
• Background of work in project management for animation/post production projects
