Job Summary

Shaping the future of AI filmmaking, the full-time remote Creative Director, AI Filmmaking will lead the creative vision for Flow Studio, overseeing a dedicated content team and producing innovative cinematic works while collaborating closely with product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality for in-product experiences, cinematic content, and product storytelling
• Lead and develop the content team, setting creative priorities and mentoring contributors to produce exceptional work
• Create and direct ambitious AI filmmaking projects, pushing the creative possibilities of Flow Studio through experimentation and finished work

Required qualifications

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating outstanding cinematic taste and creative direction
• Deep experience with AI filmmaking and modern generative creative tools
• Strong filmmaking instincts across various aspects of visual storytelling, with cinematography or directing experience preferred
• Proven ability to create ambitious cinematic work and manage creative teams effectively
• Familiarity with viral and internet-native content, along with experience in creating work that engages audiences
