Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Creative Director, Art, this full-time position will manage the development and execution of innovative creative solutions for health clients, collaborating with teams to deliver integrated campaigns across various platforms, while mentoring junior team members in a remote or New York office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative solutions grounded in art and design for health clients and agency assignments
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to create integrated health campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and brand identity platforms
- Present and articulate creative work and rationale to teams, clients, and new business targets
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 10+ years of health and public relations agency experience
- 3+ years in a senior creative leadership role managing a small-to-mid-sized creative team
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and design-forward work, particularly in healthcare or science storytelling
- Experience in the pharmaceutical space and a keen interest in the healthcare sector
- Deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns, especially earned-first and social-first activations
