Job Summary

To lead innovative health communications, the full-time salaried Creative Director, Copy will develop and execute compelling creative solutions, manage a small creative team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, all while working remotely or from the New York office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute awe-inspiring creative solutions grounded in compelling copy for various health clients
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ideate and execute integrated health campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Present and articulate ideas and strategic rationale to teams, clients, and new business targets
Required Qualifications:
  • Approximately 10+ years of health and public relations agency experience
  • 3+ years in a senior creative leadership role managing a small-to-mid-sized creative team
  • A strong portfolio of conceptual, copy-driven work with experience in translating complex healthcare concepts into relatable narratives
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical space and a keen interest in the broader healthcare sector
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns, particularly earned-first and social-first activations
