Job Summary
Leading the copywriting function across the organization, the remote Creative Director, Copy & Content will oversee a centralized team responsible for brand voice, messaging strategy, and storytelling while integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance creative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the voice, tone, and messaging strategy across the organization and its brands
- Oversee the development and approval of copy across various channels, ensuring consistency and quality
- Integrate AI-driven workflows and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for creative efficiency
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional copywriting experience, including significant creative leadership roles
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing copy or editorial teams in retail or multi-brand environments
- Experience implementing AI-assisted creative workflows and content automation
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating mastery in campaign storytelling and brand voice development
