Driving innovative creative strategies, the full-time remote Creative Director, Paid Social will own the execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on performance-driven content that enhances conversion rates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the creative strategy and execution for paid social, from concept through production and delivery
  • Develop engaging hooks and formats that drive conversion and elevate the creative output of the team
  • Lead partnerships with UGC and influencers, managing briefs to produce native content that converts
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years in creative direction with a strong portfolio in paid social and direct response video creative
  • Deep expertise in performance creative at scale, particularly across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Proven ability to provide sharp, actionable feedback that enhances creative work without slowing down production
  • Experience managing and developing a small creative team, including editors and designers
  • Strong understanding of AI tools in creative workflows for concepting and production
