Creative Group Facilitator
Job Summary
To support a mental health program for adolescents, the remote independent contractor Creative Group Facilitator will lead 2-3 virtual groups weekly, utilizing creative activities to promote emotional expression and connection among participants aged 13-17.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate live virtual groups, incorporating structured and age-appropriate creative activities
- Promote creativity and emotional expression while maintaining engagement in a virtual setting
- Complete attendance and required documentation for each group session
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field
- Group facilitation experience, particularly with adolescents aged 13-17
- Familiarity with PHP, IOP, or behavioral health settings
- Experience facilitating creative groups remotely
- Access to a private home office, webcam, and reliable internet connection
