Job Summary

As the Creative Lead, Enterprise Communications, the full-time remote Sr. Manager will manage creative strategy for enterprise communications, translating strategic vision into cohesive narratives and visual storytelling while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Articulate a clear creative vision that transforms strategic objectives into compelling narratives
  • Develop and own creative direction for events and communications materials, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Provide creative direction to designers and manage multiple projects and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative role, particularly in enterprise communications or business storytelling
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
  • Experience in campaign development across digital and traditional formats
  • Proficiency in design tools and collaboration platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite
