Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Lead specializing in Generative AI Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Creative Blueprints: Conceptualize and build diverse creative templates for user-friendly AI outputs
• Prompt Orchestration: Engineer dynamic prompts across multiple modalities for imaginative and culturally relevant outputs
• Aesthetic Governance: Establish and refine visual standards and prompt logic through trial and error

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive Creative Pedigree: 8+ years in Creative Direction, Concept Art, or Visual Design with a strong portfolio
• AI Native Fluency: Deep experience in AI prompt engineering and understanding of generative models
• 0-1 Experience: Proven ability to build products or creative systems from the ground up
• Multi-Modal Expertise: Understanding of creative logic across visual art, video pacing, and musical theory
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with AI product constraints and experience collaborating with engineers
