Job Summary

Creative Lead, Photo is a full-time position responsible for leading a team to create high-quality photographic content that aligns with brand identity and drives business outcomes through strategic photo ideas and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Photo Art Directors, Editors, Retouchers, and Researchers
• Concept and develop photo ideas integrated across brand and product touchpoints
• Oversee and art direct photo shoots to ensure alignment with brand strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of art and creative direction experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in photography-driven campaigns
• Deep expertise in Photo Art Direction as a storytelling tool
• Proven people leadership and management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
