Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Creative to lead and scale brand and content execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of internal creatives and external contractors across various disciplines
  • Build and manage processes and workflows to transform ideas into high-impact creative outputs
  • Serve as a brand guardian during a rebrand, ensuring consistency across all teams and initiatives


Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of creative leadership experience in brand, agency, or startup environments, preferably in high-growth DTC consumer brands
  • Proven ability to build and scale creative operations, including workflows and team structures
  • Strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across copy, content, design, and video
  • Experience leading or supporting rebrands and brand system rollouts
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and data-informed creative strategies
