Job Summary

Leading a dynamic creative team, the full-time Creative Marketing Director will oversee brand identity, ad creative, and content production while collaborating closely with executive leadership in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain the creative vision and brand consistency across all marketing outputs
  • Manage the creative calendar and oversee project prioritization and execution across various channels
  • Direct video production and photography, ensuring high-quality content aligns with marketing goals
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive creative experience, with 3-5 years in a senior creative leadership role in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video production tools
  • Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing creative teams
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating high-converting ad copy and campaign messaging
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in formal PM systems like Asana or Monday.com
