Creative Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Operations Analyst to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard creative service partners and coordinate the accounts payable process for accurate and timely invoice management
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong business relationships and resolve payment inquiries
• Analyze accounts payable aging reports and support the closing of open jobs with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable role or a comparable administrative position
• Strong knowledge in Smartsheet and Tableau or a comparable data visualization tool
• Familiarity with invoice processing systems like Stampli
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Experience working with complex clients is preferred
