Job Summary

To support the growth and operational excellence of DG Media Network, the full-time Creative Operations Analyst will execute product and operational initiatives, manage day-to-day execution, and analyze trends to inform future priorities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute ad product and operational initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
  • Monitor and report on operational routines to ensure consistent performance across teams
  • Support the management of the product roadmap by gathering requirements and maintaining visibility into timelines
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; coursework in business, marketing, analytics, or operations preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, or marketing
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Foundational understanding of digital media and advertising technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
