Job Summary
Managing day-to-day creative operations, the full-time Creative Operations Senior Associate will ensure smooth workflow by overseeing creative intake, resource allocation, and project coordination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and log incoming creative briefs for completeness, assigning requests to creatives based on skillset and bandwidth
- Maintain capacity dashboards and provide resourcing updates to balance workload and support project prioritization
- Coordinate project timing and handoffs with the Project Management team to keep schedules aligned and confirm resource coverage
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment
- Experience managing high-volume creative workflows across digital, print, and video
- Proficiency with project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests effectively
