Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Creative Ops Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead portfolio planning and prioritization for scaled marketing campaigns
  • Standardize operations and manage high-impact campaigns, including cross-functional rituals
  • Define and report Creative Ops KPIs while facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years in creative/design/marketing operations, including 4+ years in program management
  • Proven experience in scaling creative production across various digital platforms
  • Expertise in agency/vendor management, including sourcing and performance management
  • Proficiency in content management systems and design/production workflows
  • Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
