Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Creative Ops Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead portfolio planning and prioritization for scaled marketing campaigns
- Standardize operations and manage high-impact campaigns, including cross-functional rituals
- Define and report Creative Ops KPIs while facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in creative/design/marketing operations, including 4+ years in program management
- Proven experience in scaling creative production across various digital platforms
- Expertise in agency/vendor management, including sourcing and performance management
- Proficiency in content management systems and design/production workflows
- Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
