Job Summary
A company is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to coordinate the marketing production pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and routing of marketing and production requests, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
- Oversee operational systems for tracking work and maintaining data integrity across projects
- Support media asset governance by maintaining folder structures and guiding stakeholders on version control
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 9 years of experience in project coordination and workflow operations
- Experience with project management and workflow platforms, particularly Airtable
- Familiarity with digital asset management principles and practices
- Exposure to creative production workflows, including video production
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams
