Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to coordinate the marketing production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake and routing of marketing and production requests, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
  • Oversee operational systems for tracking work and maintaining data integrity across projects
  • Support media asset governance by maintaining folder structures and guiding stakeholders on version control


Required Qualifications
  • 7 to 9 years of experience in project coordination and workflow operations
  • Experience with project management and workflow platforms, particularly Airtable
  • Familiarity with digital asset management principles and practices
  • Exposure to creative production workflows, including video production
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams
