Job Summary
Managing a high-volume pipeline of over 100 projects, the contract Creative Operations Manager will oversee the creative workflow from request to delivery, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end creative pipeline, ensuring accurate status tracking and proactive identification of risks
- Lead creative intake, prioritization, and resourcing, validating briefs and assigning work based on team capacity
- Act as the central creative project manager across teams, aligning on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management/Operations or Creative Resourcing
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Asana for workflow management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work Pacific Time zone hours
