Job Summary
Managing the creative project pipeline, the full-time salaried Creative Operations Manager will oversee workflows, maintain asset organization, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full project pipeline from brief intake to final delivery, managing priorities and timelines
- Continuously improve creative workflow systems and establish consistent brief standards to enhance efficiency
- Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of creative assets
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing workflows in an in-house team or agency
- Proficient in Asana or similar project management tools, with experience in building workflows
- Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management platforms, preferably Bynder
- Strong brief-writing skills and experience in consumer-facing brands, particularly in apparel or outdoor lifestyle
- Genuine affinity for mountain lifestyle and commitment to company values and mission
