Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of the Brand Studio team, the part-time contractor Creative Operations Manager will manage the intake and scheduling of creative requests, ensure project timelines are met, and implement systems improvements for planning and execution in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the intake and triage of creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete before reaching the team
  • Maintain and optimize sprint schedules, proactively addressing blockers and making recommendations for tradeoffs
  • Develop and enhance internal planning tools and processes to improve workflow and project management efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, production, or creative operations, preferably in a brand or creative team setting
  • Proficient in managing high volumes of requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing effectively
  • Experience in building or improving project management systems and using no-code or AI-assisted tools
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with marketers, designers, and creative directors
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication practices
