Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Creative Operations Resourcing Lead, this role will manage resource allocation, staffing, and budget oversight for a multi-disciplinary creative studio, ensuring the right talent is matched to projects while fostering relationships within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with creative leadership to anticipate staffing needs for projects based on team capabilities and career development
• Oversee the recruitment process for contract workers and maintain accurate staffing charts and capacity planning tools
• Manage the professional services budget and provide regular reporting on resource utilization and team output

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in creative services with at least 5 years in resource management or operations
• Deep understanding of creative workflows and staffing dependencies across various disciplines
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, capacity planning, and budget management
• Mastery of resourcing and project management tools such as Float and Airtable
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and conflict resolution
