Job Summary
As a key member of the performance marketing pod, the full-time remote Creative Paid Social Specialist will produce and deploy ad creative at scale, own the narrative of custom-built landing pages, and apply e-commerce psychology to drive affiliate commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and deploy ad creative at scale, starting on Meta and adapting for TikTok and other platforms
- Own the narrative and visual flow of custom-built landing pages, optimizing the full user journey from social platforms to conversions
- Apply knowledge of shopping trends and consumer behavior to develop effective creative strategies for major retail events
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital creative production, performance design, or content marketing focused on e-commerce
- Proficiency in modern AI creative tools and comfort with technology to automate and scale creative output
- Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages with a strong understanding of user engagement
- Deep understanding of direct response marketing and affiliate contexts to maximize consumer trust and intent
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio of work
