Job Summary

Bridging creativity and performance, the full-time Creative Performance Strategist will lead the development of engaging campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand strategy and optimizes marketing performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead creative concepting and campaign development from brief to execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Define and protect the brand's creative voice, ensuring cohesion and intentionality across all assets
  • Utilize performance signals to inform creative iterations and explore AI tools to enhance production and storytelling
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or brand creative with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and brand storytelling
  • Deep knowledge of social-first content and platform culture
  • Experience with AI tools and analytics platforms to derive actionable insights
