Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Producer to lead high-profile client projects in live-action filmed content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own live-action projects from pitch to delivery, including scoping, budgeting, and ensuring contract compliance
• Build and lead production teams, overseeing recruitment and performance management throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise all stages of production, from development through final delivery, while ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing live-action content in an agency, production company, or studio environment
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with a proven track record managing end-to-end productions
• Strong knowledge of production pipelines and expertise in budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus
