Job Summary

To shape and oversee the creative direction of original YouTube shows for a globally recognized beauty brand, the full-time Creative Producer will define the creative vision, develop engaging formats, and provide guidance to an external production agency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the creative vision and develop distinctive formats for YouTube shows
• Provide creative guidance and oversight to external production agencies throughout the production process
• Ensure alignment of shows with the overall channel strategy, brand positioning, and audience ambition

Required qualifications

• Strong experience developing and leading large-scale entertainment shows for YouTube
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, and creator culture
• Experience overseeing external production agencies or creative partners
• Hands-on experience in reviewing creative work across various stages of production
• Strong understanding of internet culture and emerging trends
