Creative Producer - Email/SMS

Job Summary

Creative Producer - Email/SMS is a full-time position responsible for leading creative production and execution of Email/SMS campaigns, including briefing, building, and deploying marketing materials for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative production by translating lifecycle strategy into actionable briefs for teams
• Build, QA, and deploy emails, flows, and audience segments within client ESPs
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience at a creative or marketing agency
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ESP platforms, preferably Klaviyo
• Ability to manage both briefing and production aspects of email campaigns
• Experience managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously
