Key Responsibilities

• Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for print and digital asset production
• Maintain project timelines and ensure milestones are met across all deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, stakeholders, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or events environment
• Experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assets
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelines
• Solid understanding of creative production processes and asset versioning
