Creative Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy Creative Services team, the part-time Creative Production Coordinator will focus on creative workflow coordination, project intake, production tracking, and light copy support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily intake and traffic coordination for creative and marketing requests
• Maintain Jira tickets with project details, timelines, and status updates while tracking project dependencies
• Partner with creative managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing support
• Experience with Jira or similar project management platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Figma, or Asana is helpful
