Creative Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Creative Team in executing innovative brand storytelling, the part-time Creative Production Coordinator will manage production operations, coordinate studio logistics, and provide administrative support for photo, video, and content shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Team with production coordination, scheduling, and vendor communication
• Maintain production documents, trackers, and manage product needs to ensure timely asset delivery
• Assist with pre-production logistics, including location research, talent coordination, and studio preparation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, creative operations, or project management
• Familiarity with photo/video shoots and content capture workflows in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana or Airtable
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting in real-time during production activities
