Creative Production Coordinator

Job Summary

To facilitate communication and manage task flows within the graphic design team, the freelance Creative Production Coordinator will track project deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure quality standards are met while working remotely from Belgrade, Tbilisi, or Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the day-to-day task flow of the graphic design freelancers team, including intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative requests
• Managing project timelines and SLA compliance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks to deadlines
• Serving as the main communication point between the creative team and requesting stakeholders, ensuring clear and complete briefs

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within an in-house creative team, agency, or production studio
• Confident hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Solid understanding of creative production processes for digital formats
• Clear understanding of content types and formats, including static and video production workflows
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher
