Creative Production Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Production Coordinator for a contracted, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor project and production plans & delivery schedules in Asana
• Communicate and collaborate with the Client Services and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Coordinate all project-related documents and files to ensure materials are current and properly stored

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role
• Proficiency with Asana or a similar project management tool, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail-oriented project management style
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture
