Owning Seekr's brand and creative output, the full-time salaried Creative Production Director will manage video production, brand visual identity, and creative strategy while collaborating closely with various marketing functions, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Seekr's brand visual identity and video production capabilities
• Direct external creative agency relationships and manage in-house creative teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign creative, product visualization, and event design

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of creative leadership experience in a B2B technology company, with a focus on brand and creative output
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, video production, and campaign creative
• Experience in building or scaling video production capabilities from concept to delivery
• Proven ability to manage creative teams and direct external agencies
• Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows and comfort with technical AI subject matter
