Job Summary

Managing complex multidisciplinary projects, the full-time Creative Production Lead will oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality creative work in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Produce and manage creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to track project progress, communicate risks, and advocate for high craftsmanship
  • Source and manage diverse production partners while continuously improving production processes and workflows
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as an integrated creative producer, preferably with agency and internal brand marketing experience
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-platform campaigns and productions
  • Experience collaborating with a range of creative professionals, including illustrators, photographers, and designers
  • Strong understanding of budget forecasting, resourcing, and production processes
  • Expertise in various marketing mediums, including online video, social media, and experiential marketing
