Job Summary
Leading the operational efforts for the creative team, the full-time hybrid Creative Production Manager will oversee the production of digital workouts and marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand strategy while managing on-set logistics and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of content production, from budgeting and planning to final delivery, while identifying operational bottlenecks
- Manage all phases of brand and campaign photo shoot production, including scheduling, location scouting, and vendor coordination
- Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring coordination of editing, sound engineering, and visual grading to maintain high technical standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital content production with a strong portfolio of video and photo shoots
- Proven experience as a Producer or Line Producer on commercial sets
- Understanding of digital music licensing and rights management
- Experience managing production budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
- Ability to foster collaboration among creative teams while maintaining operational discipline
