Creative Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Serving as a vital link within the creative team, the full-time remote Creative Project Coordinator will manage creative ticket trafficking, oversee the proof review process in PageProof, and support the Digital Asset Management platform while ensuring effective communication between creative, marketing, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming creative Jira tickets, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and projects stay on schedule
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PageProof platform, including setting up proofs and tracking feedback rounds for timely approvals
• Support the organization and upkeep of the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring assets are properly tagged and accessible

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or marketing support, with internship experience welcome
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira, and basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience or interest in Digital Asset Management platforms and proofing tools like PageProof
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
