Job Summary
Supporting the Marketing Operations team, the full-time Creative Project Coordinator will coordinate the end-to-end creative workflow, manage project timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative projects and marketing deliverables using project management tools like Monday.com
- Manage project intake, prioritize requests, and track feedback to ensure adherence to brief requirements
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role within a marketing organization or creative agency
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Monday.com
- Knowledge of production methods across traditional print, digital media, and large-scale signage is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
